At Pisa Airport, I was served by an Italian woman with curly hair who was unfriendly and even aggressive. Her English was very limited, which made communication difficult.Despite having booked and paid for the car in advance, I was not given the vehicle. The woman claimed that my credit card was invalid, yet she could not explain what exactly was wrong with it. The card met all requirements and had already been successfully used to pay for the booking two days earlier. It seemed more likely that there was an issue with their payment terminal rather than with my card.Nevertheless, they refused to release the car and also declined to issue a refund. As a result, I felt deceived and extremely disappointed with this rental company.Just to respond to the comments from Gladierirent: MY CREDIT CARD WAS VALID FOR MORE THAN 3 MONTHS. THE VALIDATION DATE OF THE CARD IS ALWAYS VISIBLE ON THE CREDIT CARD. THIS COULDN't BE THE REASON WHY YOU DIDN'T RENT ME A CAR DESPITE TAKING MY MONEY. I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANY RESPONSE TO MY EMAIL. WHY ARE YOU DECEIVING PEOPLE BY WRITING UNPROFESSIONAL COMMENTS THAT DO NOT MATCH
