Overall a good experience, the car that I booked was available and in a good condition. The return was smooth and both the staff checking in and checking out were very professional. The issue arose after the return when no shuttle appeared after 30 minutes. When I spoke to Pablo he called the shuttle and said they would be a few minutes. Having been Italy for sometime, I am wary of a few minutes. As I was asking Pablo to check for an exact time the young lady next to him interrupted us very rudely, telling me that he had already answered my question. I was not impressed and told her so. I strongly suggest they give this lady a job away from customers or teach her some manners.
