Faulty dishwashers in all apartments (we are on our 4th)Lots of false/nuisance fire alarms - smoke alarms located above cooker.Residents are subletting apartments on Airbnb, which is not allowed in the contract, but Galliard do nothing.Had I known any of the above I would not of purchased an apartment.
