I bought a new build on the Galliard Orchard Wharf development this summer. It was a reassignment, so slightly more complex. All aspects including communication between conveyencers were generally handled with professionalism and timeliness. A special mention of Martine H - main Galliards Completions Manager - whose approach and attitude (friendly, knowledgeable, prompt, responsive.. ) was exceptional. She sets the bar high for her profession and my purchase and move-in was less stressful and enjoyable because of her attitude. The new-build itself is sound and built well while the development feels secure and safe. The surrounding area (with nature reserves and multiple stations/roads/amenities nearby) is also incredibly well-connected: I imagine the value of this property increasing significantly over time. The communication with PMM - the management company and the Concierge - works very well with the online portal we are using. It is always a risk buying a new home and so far, with the relations with Galliard during and post-purchase, I believe I made the right choice.
