I placed an order with a company on November 18, and it has been nothing but a hassle. They created a shipping label on December 2, but the package was never sent out. For over a week and a half, I called multiple times, and each time I received different information. The tracking status remained stuck at “Label Created – Awaiting Item,” indicating they never handed the package to the carrier. What frustrated me the most was the poor communication and lack of follow-through. They claimed it was shipped, but it never was. Thankfully, the charge eventually dropped off my account, but the entire experience was unprofessional and a complete waste of my time. If you need uniforms or work gear on time, be cautious. My experience was filled with delays, excuses, and no delivery.
