A few days ago I had placed a review on here very much proclaiming my DISSATIFACTION WITH THIS COMPANY. BUT LET ME TELL YOU SOMETHING I WISH TO CHANGE THAT RIGHT NOW TO A FIVE-STAR RATING! BECAUSE EVEN THOUGH THE INITIAL ORDERS WERE UNORGANIZED AND MESSED UP, THEY DID WITH A LOT OF COMPANIES SHOULD DO NOWADAYS BUT DO NOT DO, THEY TOOK ACCOUNTABILITY 110% AND THEY CORRECTED THEIR MISTAKES AND THEY GAVE ME A FULL REFUND. EVEN THOUGH I SAID I DID NOT NEED OR WANT A REFUND THE PANTS WERE MORE IMPORTANT THEY STILL GAVE ME A REFUND AND THEY STILL MADE SURE MY PANTS GOT IN THE MAIL ANYWAYS.

A MAN BY THE NAME OF JERRY HAND WALKED IT THROUGH THE PROCESS MONEY DID NOT HAVE TO AND IT WAS NOT HIS POSITION.

Originally it was kind of like a nightmare and I'm not even sure if they are aware of the glitch in their system but I use the PO box and it didn't tell me not to use one it didn't advise me to use a regular mailing address but what it did was send it through FedEx and this is not their fault either but in Northern California if you send your stuff through FedEx and it has to go through Stockton or Compton you are nine times out of 10 never going to see your package.

For whatever reason we had to go through this process like two or three times to get it out and streamline logistically properly.

After long wait times on the phone, AND A LOT OF PATIENCE FROM THEM, I AM A MENTALLY DISABLED VETERAN, in which case this whole thing tested my patience as well,

JERRY IS THE NAME OF THE SUPERVISOR THAT STEPPED IN TOOK OVER LIKE A MAN WENT DOWN TO THE WAREHOUSE PUT MY PANTS IN A PACKAGE AND PUT A TRACKING NUMBER FOR USPS ON IMMEDIATELY. I'm sure it wasn't Jerry's fault but the package did not get sent out on this past, Friday nevertheless it was sent out today. The package should be in the mail and says it's going to arrive on Thursday through USPS.

AGAIN I CANNOT EMPHASIZE HOW THIS PART IS SUPER IMPORTANT IN MY MIND.

NEARLY EVERY COMPANY HAS HICCUPS BUT NOT OF THIS MAGNITUDE NEARLY EVERY COMPANY MAKES MISTAKES BUT NOT OF THIS MAGNITUDE.

BUT LET ME TELL YOU WHAT EVERY OTHER COMPANY DOES NOT DO.....

.... EVERY OTHER COMPANY DOES NOT GIVE YOU A FULL REFUND AND STILL CONTINUES TO HAVE THEIR HANDS ON YOUR PACKAGE UNTIL THEY 100% KNOW IN THE BACK OF THEIR MIND LIKE IT WAS THEIR MOTHER OR BROTHER OR SISTER, WITHOUT A DOUBT THAT PACKAGE IS GOING TO BE MOVING BECAUSE THEY MADE A PROMISE TO SOMEBODY THAT THEY WILL NEVER MEET!!

THIS IN ITSELF IS WORTH PRICELESS AND I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER PANTS FROM ANYWHERE ONLINE EXCEPT FOR THIS COMPANY RIGHT HERE AS A RESULT OF THAT.

THEY HONESTLY COULD HAVE SCREWED UP MY ORDER FIVE OR SIX DIFFERENT WAYS BUT WHAT MADE THE DIFFERENCE IS THEY STAYED ON TOP OF THIS THING UNTIL IT WAS MADE RIGHT.

AND OF COURSE I'M GOING TO BE CALLING BACK UP I'M TRYING TO PAY FOR MY PACKAGE WHETHER THEY ACCEPT MY MONEY OR NOT.

I'M I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE INITIAL SERVICE.... BUT WHEN YOU GO OUT OF YOUR WAY LIKE THIS ALL IS FORGOTTEN AND I WILL BE POSTING THIS ON EVERY PUBLIC PLACE THAT I CAN. I HONESTLY WISH I COULD WORK WITH PEOPLE LIKE THIS ON A REGULAR BASIS, AND I WISH I COULD GIVE EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM THAT HAD A PART IN THIS THAT MADE IT SUCCESSFUL SOME TYPE OF SMALL GIFT.

YOU ARE A BUNCH OF ANGELS, GALLS. JERRY, I DON'T KNOW WHAT I WOULD DO WITHOUT YOU BUT. TYSM

Frustrating Experience with the Service

I placed an order on November 18, and the service provided nothing but frustration. They generated a shipping label on December 2, but the package was never dispatched. For over a week and a half, I made numerous calls, and each time I received different information. The tracking status remained at 'Label Created – Awaiting Item,' indicating they never handed the package to the carrier. What frustrated me the most was the poor communication and lack of follow-through. They claimed it was shipped, but it never was. Fortunately, the charge eventually disappeared from my account, but the overall experience was unprofessional and a significant waste of my time. If you’re ordering uniforms or work gear that you need promptly, proceed with caution. My experience was filled with delays, excuses, and no delivery.

Disappointing customer service experience!

I ordered a rucksack with plans to buy several for my gym. Their website had a coupon for new members, but I received the code only after placing my order. I called customer service to apply the discount and quickly learned why this company has a bad reputation for service. They refused to apply the discount due to fine print in the email. I requested to cancel the order, which was listed as an option, but was told it was already “in process.” I had just placed the order 10 minutes earlier, so it couldn’t have shipped yet. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I encountered indifference. I was informed that all orders go straight to shipping, and I would have to return the item after it arrived, facing a restocking fee. It was incredibly frustrating, and the entire situation was a waste of time. This company needs to improve its policies and customer service. As a gym owner, I cannot recommend doing business with them.

I ordered several pairs of pants and was genuinely impressed with both the quality and the price compared to other brands that were significantly more expensive. Plus, they arrived in just two days, which was perfect.

Quick delivery on socks!

I ordered socks and additional items. They were listed as in stock online and arrived in three days. I’m extremely satisfied. I needed these socks for my urgent care work, where I stand for long hours, and they are excellent. The additional items are essential for my work to stay organized. The delivery was impressively quick!

Issues with tactical boots order.

I ordered tactical boots in size 11W. They were out of stock, but instead of informing me, they sent size 11 boots that didn’t fit. When I attempted to return them via the website, it didn’t work. After calling, I was told to upload any photo to proceed, which I refused, insisting on a phone return process. I found out that size 11W was out of stock, so we agreed on a return and a refund, but not for the shipping charge. After a lengthy conversation, it was clarified that I wouldn’t be charged for shipping, and I was offered a $25 gift card as compensation. However, I doubt I will use it.

Long wait for order fulfillment.

I placed an order for a raincoat on February 2, 2025, and it was finally delivered on August 26, 2025. The customer service and turnaround time were both poor.

Shipping error with no refund.

We ordered an item, but the wrong item was sent. After contacting the company, they said they would determine if they would send a return authorization. I inquired about receiving the correct item since it was their mistake, but I was told they weren’t Amazon. I returned the wrong item but received a refund only for the item and tax, not the shipping charge. When I followed up, they stated they wouldn’t refund the shipping cost. Their stance seemed to imply that they choose not to, treating it as a cost of doing business.

Frustrating experience with pants order!

I ordered a pair of pants. After about three weeks and several phone calls, they finally arrived at a P.O. box. By that time, I had moved and never received the order. The price was nearly $100 more than what most places charge. When I contacted the company, their attitude suggested they didn’t care about their poor shipping times. This was the worst experience I've ever had with a vendor.
