The service is very professional, accurate and most of all 100% safe. The fact that it is value for money is a bonus. In comparison to Thailand where I was heading this was $10,000 cheaper with a better outcome and I wasn't feeling like I was being liked for more and more money. The translators are excellent are there all they way from beginning to end.
Galya Health is the best! Both my mum and I came here to Istanbul expecting only to receive the bare minimum like we do back home in NZ, but their service, patient care and genuine support for everyone who come through their service is beyond exceptional.

Hatun - from the moment we entered our hospital room she ensured we were taken care of. As I was alone when I came out of surgery, she ensured my room was warm and clean and did her utmost best to ensure I was as comfortable as I could be having just came out of surgery.
The cleanliness and overall service of the hospital is amazing. They ensure your room is always kept clean and hygienic, ensure you are well looked after and so on. The medical team are also amazing, the surgeons checked up on both of us every day until discharge and came to wish a safe trip back to NZ.
Will definitely recommend for anyone who is wanting to come in a group or even alone, they will ensure you are taken care of every step of the way!
The team at the company, particularly the representatives, were truly outstanding in assisting our small group. The team was outstanding. Even though the pre-op checks at the hospital moved quickly, which could be daunting for some, the representatives were right there, guiding and explaining everything at each step. Senem and her Team at Galya Health were amazing. Although everything happened very fast with the pre-op checks at the hospital which for some could have been overwhelming however Senem and her team were right there beside you basically navigating and explaining everything at every stage.They advocate for you and I felt safe in their care. They provided regular check ups both physical and on whatsapp. The hospital was very clean and staff were friendly. Highly recommend Galya Health who will take good care of you!
Highly recommend Senem and her team at Galya Health, VIP treatment right from arrival at airport to hospital, surgery and post care, hospital rooms are very comfy with own ensuite bathroom. Surgeons are experienced and thorough. Special shout out to my amazing night nurse who looked after me my first night after surgery, just awesome!! Yesterday I came back from my sleeve gastrectomy that I Did by Galya…I cannot find the Right Words to thank all the Galya Team Sanem which was there to answer all my questions day and Night 😅to Melis which maked my fear go away in those days, to the doctors Seyit and Tosun and at last but not least I wanted to thank even Hatun Aksu which was always with a big smile on her Face ready to give me a Support like a mom usually do to ther children !❤️ so thank you a lot , you guy‘s are amazing !!!!
My experience with Galya was second to none. Great service, easy and straightforward. From the VIP pick up at the airport to the pre operation specialist check ups, it all went smoothly and fast within a couple house. Before I knew it I was being prepared for surgery. Post surgery the service was great, although there wasn’t much I could do but rest, it was good to know that my health was being prioritised by the nurses, doctors and support staff.I would recommend anyone who is considering this life changing treatment to get in touch with Galya Health.
Senem have been very helpful from the initial contact to going back to my own country. She had organised everything from the moment we landed at the airport and back. Everything at the hospital is very detail- oriented including the pre-op tests. They made sure it was safe for me to do the surgery. The surgery itself was very successful.
