Extremely disappointing customer service experience.

The customer service is extremely disappointing. I faced an issue with the return documentation for the kit. Despite sending three emails over six days, I have received no response. I ordered five kits and did not anticipate such inadequate support.

The various categories and detailed report provide some interesting, and valuable insights to know how your genetic makeup impacts behaviour, health, nutrition, fitness, ancestry, and many other traits. Results that can be corroborated with real-life observations also appear to match. I would recommend this service.

Trying to get contact for over a week, can’t ship the test back

We have ordered 2 packs and there is no way of sending it back with the label provided. We’ve got FedEx labels but there is no points here in my country. Thats not the big issue and the 1-star. The 1 star is because we’ve trying to get contact for over a week and still no reply! This is very bad customer service and not what we expected.
