After I left a review previously, my experience with Gamba got even worse. My bonuses were noticeably reduced, my deposit issue was never resolved, and support completely stopped responding to me.
I also had a couple of winning bets where the winnings were already deducted from my balance, but the issue was never properly addressed or fixed. Trying to get help is extremely frustrating because support simply ghosts you.
On top of that, my overall RTP experience was terrible. I purchased over 100 bonus buys, most of which paid only around 0.1x–0.2x, and I even had some that paid 0x, which feels very unfair.
Customer support is highly unprofessional agents sometimes switch to a different language, forcing me to translate messages myself just to understand what’s being said.
Overall, this has been a very negative experience. I would strongly advise others to be cautious.
PS: They would never take the blame as you can see in their other reviews , they will always find something to reply with .
Not only do they have absolutely horrific customer service that isn't willing to help at all they steal from you also. I've never bought a lottery ticket from them only have redeemed tickets that you get for betting a certain amount and then I go and check how many tickets I have before the next lottery and it says I had 636 tickets and 603 of them were purchased and not redeemed. That's over 60 dollars in lottery tickets that took from my account and surprise not a single ticket out of all of them hit for anything. Is there any casino online now days that actually does good buisness anymore or are you all just out there trying to get over on people any chance you get.
This keno is just a money pit, taking deposits over and over. If I wanted to be robbed, I'd go somewhere else where at least I might win occasionally. This place is just awful!
