Payment was processed, yet the gift card has not arrived. The support team states they compensated the supplier, but I haven't received the product. Even without access to it, they are unwilling to provide a refund. The communication has been frustrating, and the matter is still unresolved. I cannot recommend this service based on my experience.

Disappointing Gift Card Experience

I purchased a gift card for use in Mexico. The support team emailed me a screenshot with the code, but it was missing a PIN. Without the PIN, the card is useless. I’ve sent several follow-up emails but received no responses. Their online chat support is also entirely unresponsive. I'm very disappointed—avoid buying from this service!

FRAUD - Missing PIN and No Customer Support
