After waiting without a response, we tried live chat, but there were no agents available, and there’s no phone number either. The withdrawal request was for £1000, and despite submitting verification documents, it’s been over a week with no resolution. I’ve filed two complaints with the company and will escalate this to the gambling commission! Thankfully, my partner only deposited £20, but I feel for others who think they’ve won and will receive their payouts, only to be left disappointed. The responses have been generic, merely acknowledging receipt of the documents and complaints. Still no progress—absolutely ridiculous!
