The email responses were unprofessional, addressing me by my email rather than my name and providing unclear instructions for the exchange, which seemed automated. After many emails and over a week, I finally got an address to return the item, but most products were out of stock for exchange. The return address appears nonexistent according to the post office, and they do not provide shipping labels. I was told that the address was correct, but without a shipping label, I can't return the item for a refund or exchange. It seems they are not based in the US and are not BBB registered, which raises concerns about their legitimacy.
