Customs charges: The import duties were unexpectedly high, and it would be beneficial for the retailer to find ways to alleviate this for customers in the future. Packaging quality: The outer packaging was damaged upon arrival, lacking sufficient protective materials like bubble wrap. For a Collector’s Edition, this was particularly disappointing, as the box seemed less appealing. It arrived dented, torn, and visibly worn. Given the low cost of protective materials, this oversight felt unnecessary. In summary, while the product itself met my expectations, these issues negatively impacted the overall experience.
