I visited the Game store located within the Aylesbury House Of Frasier in order to buy a present for my nephew, one of those fancy toy robots called a "Transformer Generation", however when picking one of these items up and walking to the cashier's counter, there was nobody there. Not a soul. I waited a while, but was not served. I am utterly confused as to why a reputable establishment like House Of Frasier would run a shambolic department such as this. My autistic nephew was most disappointed that I did not greet him bearing a gift.

This order was placed by scammers, not me. I have reached out to my bank for a refund. I attempted to contact the support team, but they are unreachable. Phone calls are disconnected, and the website just loops. Therefore, I have contacted the fraud department of the company that owns the service.

Disappointing Experience with Pre-Ordered Gaming Laptop

I pre-ordered a high-spec gaming laptop based on the advertised listing and invoice. After my payment, the email confirmation displayed a different product code for a much lower-spec laptop. The original advertisement was then removed from the website. Even though this was a January pre-order, the item was dispatched early, indicating that the wrong product was being sent. I attempted to reach out to customer support multiple times before dispatch but received no replies. There was no phone support available, live chat was claimed to be open but was not accessible, and email responses were slow and vague. Customer service could not confirm what was being shipped and informed me that I would need to wait, return the item, and possibly wait weeks for an inspection — with no assurance of receiving what I originally ordered. In summary, misleading advertising, poor order management, and extremely inadequate customer support have led to a complete loss of confidence in the service, and I would not recommend ordering anything from them.

Very Disappointing Experience

Delivery timing: The item was not dispatched on the official release date, leading to a two-week delay in my ability to enjoy it due to customs clearance. Customs charges: The import duties were unexpectedly high, and it would be beneficial for the retailer to find ways to alleviate this for customers in the future. Packaging quality: The outer packaging was damaged upon arrival, lacking sufficient protective materials like bubble wrap. For a Collector’s Edition, this was particularly disappointing, as the box seemed less appealing. It arrived dented, torn, and visibly worn. Given the low cost of protective materials, this oversight felt unnecessary. In summary, while the product itself met my expectations, these issues negatively impacted the overall experience. I truly hope the retailer considers these observations to enhance future transactions.

Issues with digital gift voucher order

We ordered a £20 digital gift voucher, but the code never arrived. After checking the receipt, it indicated delivery. To ensure we ordered correctly, we placed a second order for a digital voucher, yet the code still didn't come through, and it again stated delivery. We have not received the vouchers.
