The original advertisement was then removed from the website. Even though this was a January pre-order, the item was dispatched early, indicating that the wrong product was being sent. I attempted to reach out to customer support multiple times before dispatch but received no replies. There was no phone support available, live chat was claimed to be open but was not accessible, and email responses were slow and vague. Customer service could not confirm what was being shipped and informed me that I would need to wait, return the item, and possibly wait weeks for an inspection — with no assurance of receiving what I originally ordered. In summary, misleading advertising, poor order management, and extremely inadequate customer support have led to a complete loss of confidence in the service, and I would not recommend ordering anything from them.
