I preordered a game that came out on the 5th of March and had next day delivery so I would get it as soon as possible. For some reason the game was never given to the courier and GAMEs customer service won’t tell me what’s going on other than to keep an eye on the tracking. I’ve never had such terrible service with GAME, especially with their preorders which usually arrive on the day of release. Should’ve saved myself the trouble and ordered it as a digital game because this is actually ridiculous.
