The manager called back and repeated the same information, stating they would rather send a courier to collect the bike than ship a replacement directly from the store. He kept asking for the same photos and avoided my questions, which was incredibly frustrating, and he eventually hung up as my frustration grew. I tried contacting them via WhatsApp, but it took a full day to get a response. I ended up asking for a refund and will not be shopping online with them again. It's puzzling why they advertise stock when it's not available, and there seems to be no quality control on the items sent to customers. They used to be dependable for our appliances, but it's disheartening to see their decline.
