Game Setsing Mall in Phuthaditjhaba is the worst shop I have ever been to. Customer service is very poor and the staff just can't help. This shop is everytime out of stock on most of the things and they refer Customers to Bethlehem.... If they refer customers elsewhere, why can't they close it down so that we as customers just go straight to Bethlehem since this one doesn't serve a purpose.

I've had to repeatedly follow up for updates. Their WhatsApp support said I would be connected to an agent, but no one responded. I also called on Saturday; the agent was polite but couldn't resolve anything. If the refund isn't in my account by the end of the day on December 9, I will escalate the issue. This level of service is unacceptable, and I cannot recommend this company.

The cashier and supervisor treated us suspiciously, insisting they wouldn't hand over our paid goods unless I verified my identity in the app. I showed them my phone screen with the successful purchase receipt and even took a screenshot. Still, they insisted I verify while they watched. We felt like criminals in the store, and they created a scene. This needs to be addressed, and management should train their staff not to invade customers' privacy.
