I made a purchase through the online store, but my order was split into two deliveries. The first delivery went smoothly, but the second only had one of the two TVs I ordered. When I called to follow up, I was simply told sorry for the inconvenience and that they couldn't reach the warehouse. They claimed the order was shipped twice after that, but still nothing arrived. It's frustrating that a company can't even contact their own warehouse to rectify an order they messed up initially!
