I want to share my disappointing experience! I purchased a brand new washing machine, which broke down after just five months. It took over a month for them to return it, and I had to buy another one because I couldn't go that long without doing laundry. When I finally received my 'repaired' washing machine, it was in terrible condition! I can't believe they returned it in such a state, from brand new to damaged. After being a loyal customer for so long, this shows a significant decline in their service, and I will never shop with them again. I'm truly disgusted and in disbelief! The washing machine came back covered in scratches and paint, and was not put back together properly.
