I am extremely disappointed with my experience. My order was canceled without any prior notice, even though their own terms state otherwise. To make matters worse, the refund of R2,299, which they confirmed was processed on December 1, has yet to appear in my account, far exceeding the promised 3-5 day turnaround. I've had to repeatedly follow up for updates. Their WhatsApp support said I would be connected to an agent, but no one responded. I also called on Saturday; the agent was polite but couldn't resolve anything. If the refund isn't in my account by the end of the day on December 9, I will escalate the issue. This level of service is unacceptable, and I cannot recommend this company.
