The service was terrible and filled with misinformation. I ordered a washing machine and was given a delivery date, but there was a delay. I contacted them via WhatsApp and was told it would be delivered that day, but the tracking information said otherwise. When I called, I was informed it would be delivered the next day. The service was horrible, and I regret not ordering from another platform. They need to improve!
