I ordered online and accidentally used the wrong delivery address, I spoke to a consultant and they informed me that they will cancel the order.The order has been cancelled, but no response regarding the refund. I have contacted them regarding the issue, only to restart the same process 3 times. I am absolutely sick and tired of waiting for them to wake up. they owe me R2000 for the item that has been cancelled. I would never in my dear life use game stores or recommend them to anyone, EVER!!!!!
