He asked for the same photos again and avoided my questions, which was frustrating, and he eventually hung up as my frustration grew. I also tried the WhatsApp number, which took a full day to respond. I ended up requesting a refund and decided not to shop online with them again. It's baffling why they advertise stock when it's unavailable, and there seems to be a lack of quality control on items sent to customers. They used to be reliable for our appliances, but it's disappointing to see their decline.
