In April and June of 2024, I ordered a fully customized controller and spent quite a bit on it. When it arrived, the Bluetooth was not functioning. I sent it back, and the support team promptly informed me that it worked fine on their end. They returned it, but I continued to have Bluetooth issues with other controllers. Fast forward a year and a half, I finally connected the antenna to my PC motherboard, and suddenly, all controllers, including the customized one, worked perfectly. It’s now my go-to controller. Overall, my experience with the service was excellent; I just erred by not using the antenna for three years. Thank you for the great product!
