I’d give less than 1 star if I could! NEVER buy from this company! I bought a gorgeous controller from them. Took 3 months just to get the damn thing. I ordered it bc they have TMR sticks that don’t get stick drift. When I ordered there was no option for the TMR “add-on” I supposedly have to get that on top of the 145$ controller (thats on sale btw). Mind you I looked at the controller listing and THAT ISN’T A OPTION!!!! They wanted me to pay MORE for the sticks even though it arrived all with a bunch if malfunctions making it unplayable! They wanted me to send it back for repairs which would have taken a week. I found a BETTER controller from Razor WITH TMR sticks, back paddles, clicky buttons, AND mouse click triggers that you can turn off and on for only 100$. Their controllers are literally just expensive for looking fancy and then they’re money hungry wanting even more for quality “add-ons.” Razer has 10x better customer service and knows how to make things right for the customer! Do not give this scammy ass shitty company any of your money. Give it to Razer for quality controllers for PC/Xbox because their controller has ALL the add-ons AND MORE FOR LESS!!!!!
In April and June of 2024, I purchased a fully customized controller and invested a good amount in it. When it arrived, the Bluetooth wasn't functioning. I returned it, and the support team quickly informed me that it worked fine on their end. They sent it back, but I encountered the same Bluetooth issue with other controllers as well. Fast forward a year and a half, I finally connected the antenna to my PC motherboard, and suddenly, all controllers, including the customized one, worked perfectly. Now, it’s my go-to controller. Overall, my experience with the service was excellent; it was just my mistake for not using the antenna for three years. Thank you for the great product!

After just a month or two, my A button stopped being clicky. I specifically chose this controller for its mechanical face buttons, and their quick failure is surprising. I wouldn't trust products from this company, especially considering the high price. I attempted to reach out but received no response. A 30-day return policy for a controller is unacceptable.
I want to express my gratitude for the outstanding customer service. The product itself exceeded my expectations. The level of customization and effort put into building these controllers is top-notch. They function better than advertised and are suitable for both casual and intense gaming. A fantastic all-around controller.
The customer service was amazing. My package arrived about a month after ordering, and the company was transparent about the time required for custom builds. The presentation of the final product was impressive. Excellent customer service, very responsive to emails. I plan to order again in the future. I'm so pleased that I mentioned customer service twice!
I adore these controllers and the team behind them. I purchased a controller and later decided to add back buttons. They completed the modification quickly! Any issues are resolved promptly, and the quality is evident. A+; I will definitely buy from them again to expand my collection!
