In April and June of 2024, I purchased a fully customized controller and invested a good amount in it. When it arrived, the Bluetooth wasn't functioning. I returned it, and the support team quickly informed me that it worked fine on their end. They sent it back, but I encountered the same Bluetooth issue with other controllers as well. Fast forward a year and a half, I finally connected the antenna to my PC motherboard, and suddenly, all controllers, including the customized one, worked perfectly. Now, it’s my go-to controller. Overall, my experience with the service was excellent; it was just my mistake for not using the antenna for three years. Thank you for the great product!
