I'm leaving this review for the same reason as many others. I placed my order on January 4 and have reached out to the company several times for a simple update. While I'm not overly concerned about the delay, I am frustrated by the complete lack of communication. I've sent multiple emails with no replies. It's irritating that they've responded to reviews here but not to my inquiries. All I want is some communication regarding my order.
