While I recognize that unforeseen issues can arise, it is unacceptable to receive no replies to the voice messages and emails sent. Contrary to what some have said about communication, the representative I spoke with responded almost immediately, confirming that my PC was built and would be taken to the depot in the morning. I'm very pleased with the prompt response and hope others receive updates soon.

The representative contacted me immediately after my review and sincerely apologized for the communication issues. Since then, the experience has been positive. Despite a delivery delay due to external factors, the PC is wonderful, and my son is very happy. My only concern was the lack of communication, but overall, I appreciate the support.
