Purchased a diorama for my partner for his birthday, there were some issues in the parcel being very delayed but no fault of the Gamer Nostalgia just unfortunate situation. I contacted Mànu and explained the situation as at the time i had thought the parcel was lost in transit, he was very helpful and even offered to replace the parcel with no extra costs. Luckily, my original parcel ended up being delivered and a new diorama was no longer needed. Was very impressed with the communication and also the quality of the diorama. My partner loves it and will be putting it on his shelf in his Man cave.Will definitely be recommending this company to friends and family.
