I ordered a custom piece around the holiday season and Mánu was friendly and reassuring in his emails to ensure I still felt like my piece was a priority even with delays in shipping. I ordered around Christmas and received my piece at the beginning of April, and the wait was so worth it!
I purchased the OG Pokemon diorama for my husband's birthday present and he absolutely loves it! Very well made & definitely brings the nostalgic feelings back of good old times. We moved addresses after ordering the product and Manu was very understanding and ensured it was shipped to our new address so it is not lost. Recently ordered an Undertale diorama for my best friend's birthday and due to customs there was quite a bit of delay with the delivery but the seller was super helpful and replied to my emails very quickly when I asked for help with the tracking. Thankfully the package arrived in perfect condition (and on time) and the diorama looks absolutely stunning! Definitely would order from them again!
Just about two years ago I purchased a Legend Of Zelda NES diorama from GemerNostalgia. It was a Facebook purchase from a private vendor so didn't really know what to expect. A couple weeks later I got an amazing piece which has sat next to me in my office.Fast-forward two years and the heat coming through the blinds near the window has appeared to have slightly curled a couple of the ends of the piece of paper for the diorama.I contacted GamerNostalgia when I noticed this and sent along a couple of photos, inquiring if I could get instructions on how to pry the case open and maybe superglue the paper down. Mánu was so surprised that this happened to one of my pieces that, without inquiring what I had done to it, he immediately turned around and got to work on creating a replacement for me free-of-charge. In under three weeks the replacement was in my office. Much further away from the window.This is unparalleled customer service. He had no obligation to me or my purchase from two years ago and could easily have not responded. But he stood by the quality of his product so much that he immediately got to work on a replacement.
