You have to complete a KYC to deposit and use the wallet on the site so I did gave them my drivers licence and then it let me deposit. A week later when I still had money in my wallet I went to go buy something from their site and my wallet was locked. It forced me to use an Id that I didn't have or my wallet would stay locked. So naturally I go to talk with the support team...
long story short after more than 3 months of circular responses from them where they seemed to not understand my questions I am still locked out of my wallet with my money stuck on their platform.
Why would they let my deposit on their site before ID was validated by their payment provider and then asked for a different form of ID I didn't even have.

My only reason for feeling secure with the support there is because of shared nationality. The skin selling process is frustrating as well. I've encountered numerous issues with pricing; once I list a skin for sale, I can't adjust the percentage without removing it from the shop and relisting it, which becomes a hassle when dealing with a large number of skins. Selecting multiple skins to sell is also cumbersome. You must manually pick each skin, and bulk editing prices is only possible if the items aren't already listed. While there’s an option to purchase a subscription for a seller profile that waives certain fees, the monthly charge is excessive for the limited activity on the site. Overall, the fees are too high, and the platform lacks development. I would not recommend it to anyone. I initially chose this site due to its local roots and lower fees upon launch.

There's an option to subscribe for 0% fees on transactions, but the monthly fee is unreasonably high, especially considering the platform's low activity and small client base. The withdrawal fees are outrageous. I wouldn't recommend this platform to anyone; it's underdeveloped, and the fees are excessive. I initially chose it because it was local and had lower fees when I started.
I bought a knife three days ago, but the seller made an error, and the trade is stuck in manual review. I've received no helpful responses from the support team during this time. This has been the worst trading experience I've encountered. I reached out to the seller, who also reported a lack of communication from support. I strongly advise against using this platform; it's detrimental for both sellers and buyers.
