I placed an order on Thursday, the 18th, expecting it by Tuesday, the 23rd. On Friday, the 19th, after 5 PM, I received an email saying it was shipped via USPS, but with no tracking available. Later that night, I found out it wouldn't arrive until Friday, the 26th. I've checked multiple times today, and it remains at the USPS location in Florida. I regret ordering here as they advertised a delivery by the 23rd and claimed all orders would be shipped the same day if placed before 3 PM. They had all of Friday to ensure it was sent out, yet it's still at the post office on Saturday night. I won't be ordering again, especially after seeing similar reviews about their shipping issues. Plus, I can't even request a refund since it's already with USPS, and they say it's now out of their hands.
