Disappointing Shipping Experience

I ordered on Thursday, the 18th, with an expected delivery by Tuesday, the 23rd. On Friday, the 19th, I got an email saying it was shipped via USPS, but tracking wasn't available. That night, I discovered it wouldn't arrive until Friday, the 26th. I've checked multiple times, and it's still at the USPS location in Florida. I regret ordering from here since they promised delivery by the 23rd and claimed same-day shipping for orders placed before 3 PM. They had all day Friday to ship it, yet it's still at the post office as of Saturday night. I won't order again, especially after seeing similar complaints about their shipping. Also, I can't request a refund because it's already with USPS, and they say it's out of their control now.

Avoid Ordering Online!

I ordered a console on December 11th. Instead of shipping it with UPS as stated, they chose USPS for a supposedly better delivery timeframe. This is Christmas time, and USPS is notoriously slow during this period. Why would they choose USPS when UPS is clearly the superior option? As of December 19th, my package is stuck in a small town in Alabama after detouring to New Jersey, when it should have been a straightforward delivery from Florida to Texas.
