Most items usually arrive on schedule based on the pre-order timeline. Although some recent items have taken a bit longer to ship, they eventually arrive, which is understandable. Personally, I've never experienced a lost package, and tracking is generally accurate, aside from a couple of instances. Overall, the merchandise quality is impressive, and the prices are quite reasonable for both products and shipping within the country. I believe creator codes should ideally offer a 20% discount, with the occasional 30% sale. Most seasonal drops are enjoyable, and a lot of the art for the streamers is remarkable. Additionally, I won a car! Lol. I have nothing but positive feedback, just hoping they will support more live streamers in the future.
