Review Time
I requested some free samples from the company over six months ago because I was eager to try them. After not receiving them, I reached out again, and they sent more, but those never arrived either. I attempted one more time, but still nothing has come. It's absurd to wait so long for nothing; they keep claiming it must have been lost, but I find it hard to believe it could be lost three times.
I ordered samples on December 27th, and now it's January 16th without receiving anything or any updates on tracking. If this is how the service operates, I will definitely avoid it in the future. This first experience has left me quite frustrated.
I've been a loyal customer for years and have truly enjoyed the offerings. However, it's important to mix the powder thoroughly, just like with any other mix. I also find the cups to be quite nice. Additionally, some of the other items available are pretty interesting.
The support team representatives have consistently been friendly, understanding, and capable of addressing any questions or concerns I've had. Most items usually arrive on schedule based on the pre-order timeline. Although some recent items have taken a bit longer to ship, they eventually arrive, which is understandable. Personally, I've never experienced a lost package, and tracking is generally accurate, aside from a couple of instances. Overall, the merchandise quality is impressive, and the prices are quite reasonable for both products and shipping within the country. I believe creator codes should ideally offer a 20% discount, with the occasional 30% sale. Most seasonal drops are enjoyable, and a lot of the art for the streamers is remarkable. Additionally, I won a car! Lol. I have nothing but positive feedback, just hoping they will support more live streamers in the future.

My only critiques are the excessively long wait times for preorder releases (though this is common across many companies, not just this one). Additionally, most flavors lack any clear description, so it’s hard to know what to expect unless you’re familiar with the creator or have sourced the information elsewhere. The only flavor labeling is on the cans, which I highly recommend!!✨
