I am writing again regarding the issue with the product I purchased from you over a week ago.
I have already shared detailed information and evidence, but I believe the situation may not have been fully reviewed.
The license keys provided by you are not working. I understand your claim that the codes may have been used on a different account, however this does not reflect my usage.
On the same day, I purchased a similar product from another seller, and it worked without any issues on the same account. This clearly indicates that there is no problem with my account.
I have also provided video recordings showing multiple failed activation attempts, as well as proof of successfully working keys from another provider. In addition, responses from Google support suggest that the issue is related to the product keys themselves.
Based on all available information, it appears that the issue is not related to user error, but rather the provided codes.
Therefore, I kindly request a full refund within 24 hours.
If the issue cannot be resolved, I will proceed with a chargeback through my payment provider and share my experience along with the evidence on Trustpilot and other review platforms, in a factual and fair manner.
