websites garbage, clearly marketed a game + dlc then only gave me the dlc, when emailed they responded straight away to tell me the page states its JUST the dlc, so i replied with screenshots SHOWING that its clearly both the game AND dlc and they took days to reply then asking me to send them screenshots of my steam licenses? why would i need to show proof of licenses? why would i claim to not to own a game you're claiming wasnt even for sale??????????? no refund no help just "nah jump through hoops".........so how much was the game and dlc for them to make it this awkward for a refund? £1.70.....just under 2 quid and this is how awkward they are, now the page says out of stock after i left a review warning people not to buy it. absolutely ridiculous
Well it's the cheapest place now to get a game pass for Xbox everywhere else is now what it used to cost just for a non-stackable. When I was buying them like a year ago year and a half ago for like two or $3 now I'm paying almost what it used to cost before the prices went up to 30 bucks. Right here I paid $16 still cheaper but it's getting ridiculous. Had no problems at all went right through had no issue at all key worked.
First time buying from this site re2 remake and they give me a key already redeemed, I’m wait 5h+ for a message from support and they do nothing! Never ever buy from they, stay away!
I had a very negative experience with this service. They sent me used codes and took my money. When I tried to contact them via email, I was told they were too busy and never received a proper response. I sent three emails requesting a working code but was completely ignored. When I finally got a reply after an hour and a half, they just told me to use the code I received, with no option for a refund. This feels like a scam.
Terrible experience. The product was defective and the company refused to issue a refund, claiming I had already redeemed it, even though I can prove otherwise. I will need to initiate a bank chargeback to recover my money. Avoid this seller at all costs.
I bought a Battlefield 6 Steam account from a seller and followed their guidelines for setup. However, the game requires an EA login to start, and no EA account was included with my purchase—forcing me to create my own just to play. Within about 24 hours, EA revoked my access, citing a violation of sales/transfer terms due to the account being sold. I reached out to the seller right away, requesting a replacement or refund since the product became unusable almost immediately. They brushed off my concerns as “not our issue” because it involved EA, and then ceased all communication. As a customer, I’m stuck with a paid product I can’t use and no solution. If you’re looking for dependable access and genuine customer support, I recommend looking elsewhere.
My experience with the site has been very frustrating. Out of three purchases, all three encountered issues, and the resolution process has been incredibly slow. I've been waiting for four days regarding the last issue, and the keys provided either don't work or are nonexistent. I feel compelled to share my experience on various platforms—avoid this service!
They took my money and didn't provide my product. They mentioned they could give it to me if I showed them an ID, but why should I have to do that? I've now requested a refund, and it's been nearly 4 days with no response.
