I bought a Battlefield 6 Steam account from a seller and followed their guidelines for setup. However, the game requires an EA login to start, and no EA account was included with my purchase—forcing me to create my own just to play. Within about 24 hours, EA revoked my access, citing a violation of sales/transfer terms due to the account being sold. I reached out to the seller right away, requesting a replacement or refund since the product became unusable almost immediately. They brushed off my concerns as “not our issue” because it involved EA, and then ceased all communication. As a customer, I’m stuck with a paid product I can’t use and no solution. If you’re looking for dependable access and genuine customer support, I recommend looking elsewhere.
