I ordered two items totaling $286.18, and they arrived damaged. The packaging was inadequate, just a sheet of brown paper. When I contacted the support team, they asked for the items to be returned, but warned that if they considered them damaged or not faulty, I would need to pay for return shipping. This is frustrating since the items are indeed damaged, and if I use the same poor packaging to return them, I might not get any help and have to pay even more. It's unreasonable to expect customers to cover additional packaging costs that should have been provided initially. This is a very poor resolution to a problem they caused, and it's disappointing to think I would need to go to the post office for a chance at assistance. Their attempt to save money by skimping on packaging is bad business, especially when smaller retailers manage customer orders much better. I won't be returning if this is how they handle issues.
