Received damaged items with inadequate packaging.

I purchased two items for a total of $286.18, and one of them arrived damaged. There was no proper packaging protection—just a sheet of brown paper. When I contacted the support team for help, they instructed me to return the item but warned that if it was found damaged upon return, I would have to pay for the shipping costs to get it back. This is frustrating because the item is already damaged. If I send it back using the same inadequate packaging, they might not even assist me, and I'd incur additional costs. Now, I have to pay extra for proper packaging that should have been provided initially. This approach to customer service is disappointing, especially when other smaller businesses manage to handle orders much better. I won’t be returning if this is how issues are resolved.

Disappointing experience

Disappointing. While the shipping time was good, the packaging was terrible. As a collector, I'm shocked that the items inside the crumpled box made it unscathed. I ordered five premium pieces at $20 each, which is quite a lot to spend without proper packaging. It's careless and unprofessional to not ensure the items are packaged securely.

Damaged during shipping

I ordered two items totaling $286.18, and they arrived damaged. The packaging was inadequate, just a sheet of brown paper. When I contacted the support team, they asked for the items to be returned, but warned that if they considered them damaged or not faulty, I would need to pay for return shipping. This is frustrating since the items are indeed damaged, and if I use the same poor packaging to return them, I might not get any help and have to pay even more. It's unreasonable to expect customers to cover additional packaging costs that should have been provided initially. This is a very poor resolution to a problem they caused, and it's disappointing to think I would need to go to the post office for a chance at assistance. Their attempt to save money by skimping on packaging is bad business, especially when smaller retailers manage customer orders much better. I won't be returning if this is how they handle issues.
