Went on to buy a ticket for a baseball game. Found the seats we wanted and went to but. While waiting for the order to go through a box popped up saying those seats were now gone and needed to go back and buy different tickets. I did this and picked new tickets and the order went through. Went to the gametimee app and opened tickets and there were two sets of tickets there. The app somehow bought the first set of tickets that the app told us had already been sold. So we now had to sets of tickets. I called gametime thinking for sure they would reimburse us for the extra set of tickets since it was not our fault they were purchased but 100 percent a flaw in there ticket buying process. They told us there was nothing they could do and that I would have to sell the extra tickets if I wanted to make any money back. We weren't able to sell the extra tickets. Now I'm trying to dispute the charge on my credit card and it has been a pain in the ass. Gametime offered zero help, nor took any accountability for the flaw in there app that allowed this to happen. The customer service was very poor and very difficult to actually talk to somebody. Will never use again
