I was searching for tickets for The Wizard Of Oz at the Sphere in Vegas. Comparing two other online tickets sellers when my son told me to try Gametime. The tickets for same area in Arena were atleast $100 less per ticket.

I purchased two hockey tickets via Gametime that supposedly were sent to my AXS account. I contacted customer service and spent nearly an hour looking for a solution to my missing tickets. I still don’t have my tickets and still no word on where they might be. This is my first and last experience with the ticket broker.
Bought tickets with Gametime. Buying the tickets was par for the course with any other. Afterwards it was just like here you go figure out everything else yourself. We got your money. You would think these companies would actually try to make the experience a good one but they only do that up until they get your money. They don’t even know any details on what they are selling except they are “tickets”
I strongly advise against purchasing tickets from the service for out of state events or games, as the tickets are frequently delivered on the day of the event, making it difficult to address any issues. I bought football tickets and ended up with end zone tickets instead of what I ordered, and the company only offered a 10% discount for the trouble.
Extremely disappointing customer support. I received three different explanations for why my purchase failed, prompting me to call. The representative I spoke with was in an incredibly noisy environment, making it difficult to hear her clearly. They repeatedly claimed that the tickets were sold out, yet they remained listed on various resale platforms. When I attempted to buy the same tickets again, it inexplicably went through. They seem completely unaware of the situation and are unable to navigate their own website to help with ticket availability. Instead, they asked me to search on my own while they remained on the line just to confirm the purchase. I am very dissatisfied with their customer support.
Warning: Lack of Customer Support. I searched for tickets for an event last week and purchased two on the platform for $1606.00. As we are traveling to Texas tomorrow, I wanted to confirm how to access them. I logged into the app and website, clicked on the event, and noticed better tickets for $253.00! I felt completely taken advantage of and shocked. I called the service twice - they directed me to a department labeled 'Customer Happiness' and had terrible interactions with the representatives. They claimed no manager was available, but I eventually received an email from someone stating that they couldn't provide better seats or a partial refund. Essentially… 'it's not our responsibility, and we can't assist you.' I believe they should reconsider the name of that department, as there is no concern for customer satisfaction whatsoever!
I had an incredibly frustrating experience. A WARNING TO ALL BUYERS, AVOID THIS SERVICE. I purchased tickets but never received them and, although I was refunded, the customer support team made it clear that I was essentially left without options. It’s unbelievable, especially since I had family visiting and these tickets were meant to be a Christmas gift. A huge THANK YOU to this service for ruining our holiday. NEVER AGAIN, AND I WISH YOU ALL THE WORST!
Extremely disappointing experience. Tickets were not transferred as promised, and I was informed that the box office would have the transfer details, which they did not. I spent over three hours on the phone trying to resolve the issue without any success. Their incompetence is frustrating. I strongly advise against using this service!
