I had used Gametime multiple times in the past and had no issues. However, this one order, I never received my tickets. They kept changing the form of tickets id be receiving from getting them in the mail, to Ticketmaster, and then to them creating barcodes I’ve never seen before. They didn’t honor their guarantee, and didn’t care to refund me either. Worst company I have ever dealt with and I will never use them again. Please be aware, they like to beat around the bush instead of helping with a solution as well. They purposely give very careful answers for dispute reasons in case seller of tickets are committing fraud so that Gametime doesn’t have to pay for it and so that the credit card companies can see they are “honest” when they aren’t. Beware.
