Ordered in 2024. Got in touch once to ask for refund. They assured me all was well and I just had to wait.That was nearly six months ago.And now, I had to find out through news and NOT from Pixels directly, that the colour I ordered is apparently impossible to do. Black by the way. Simple black. Apparently impossible to make a dice black. Weird how it wasn't impossible to charge me for it. I'm now being told I can expect to wait upwards of three weeks for a reply to my demand for repayment.If they weren't ready to take orders on a website, they should never have opened a store.Such a disappointment.
