Horrible experience.I pre-ordered 2 single dice, they were shipped in October 2024, and as of today, May 13, 2025, I haven’t received anything.I never got a confirmation email, no shipping email, and no delivery notice—not even one for held packages.Now I’ve discovered that, after months, my package is being returned to the sender.I’ve sent 5 emails to customer support and have been completely ignored every time.I reached out on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn - always ghosted.Customer support is non-existent. Truly awful service! I lost more than 100€.
