I had bought a game a while back and received a 5 euro charge from my bank, saying it was from gamivo, I thought that somehow someone used my card to buy a game, when I checked within the site, it said that I purchased a subscription, which I never intended to do, after that I tried contacting their "24/7 Support team", when I asked about the payment, they almost answered instantly, then I asked one question about refunding the 5 euro back to my card, and there has been no response. Even as a SMART subscriber one of the perks is that the tickets have priority, it seems, that if you are asking about accidental purchase, the ticket is not Priority anymore and I wonder if it will ever even be answered. For games, it has some good deals, but be wary of their subscriptions, since they just don't even notify you about anything, just charge you the amount for the subscription on a random day. And don't even mind writing support tickets about any accidental charges.
