I had bought a game a while back and received a 5 euro charge from my bank, saying it was from gamivo, I thought that somehow someone used my card to buy a game, when I checked within the site, it said that I purchased a subscription, which I never intended to do, after that I tried contacting their "24/7 Support team", when I asked about the payment, they almost answered instantly, then I asked one question about refunding the 5 euro back to my card, and there has been no response. Even as a SMART subscriber one of the perks is that the tickets have priority, it seems, that if you are asking about accidental purchase, the ticket is not Priority anymore and I wonder if it will ever even be answered. For games, it has some good deals, but be wary of their subscriptions, since they just don't even notify you about anything, just charge you the amount for the subscription on a random day. And don't even mind writing support tickets about any accidental charges.
I bought a game from Gamivo, but then I started noticing unexpected monthly charges on my bank. I definitely didn't sign up for any subscription. Turns out this is a common issue for many people. Seriously, save yourself the trouble and avoid buying anything from them
Ordered a game but didn't receive after payment. This company will tie you to a Smart subscription automatically, total scam. Then when you ask your subscription money back, they come with weak excuses for not paying back and you have to file for chargeback. Scummy company.
Paid for a Global key for Steam but it did not work. I tried to contact support but only got likely a AI bot response that asked for pics etc which I gave. No reply. Not surprised. This site misleads on pricing 97% of the time which is deceptive. Service fees are very unacceptable compared to item prices many times being higher then the items themselves. Because of this and many other issues I have to advise not buying from these guys. If they don't get this fixed in next couple hours I will go chat with PayPal. AVOID.
GAMIVO.COM is one of my usual key shop stores and I have placed a lot of orders through the years (I also received support in the past, and it was very fast).
In that case the purchase was a little bit unusual for me because the seller (Playtime) sent me the game through a Steam gift, so it passed into another prompt where I had to write my Steam id and it took a little more time but all was fine. Thank you!
I'm making this review SOLEY because I was terrified to use this website. I paid, received my code in my email in under 12 seconds. When I went to redeem on xbox game pass, this is what I had to do, because at first it rejected it, said it wasn't a gift card code or something. I went to my xbox profile, cancelled my subscription, went back in to the tier I wanted, which was ultimate and there different options to reactivate under where it says "xbox game pass ultimate" or whatever, on the banner. The little box that looks like a QR code, thats the one you want, now put your code in, it will approve & bring you to a payment window but has accepted the payment code and will not charge you, this is just for keeping your subscription active after 30 days, I put a dead card in and it went through fine. PHEW!!
Anyway, if your code doesn't work for whatever reason, you can open an ticket and it seems like they will assist you from there.
SCAM!!!!! This website will auto charge you for a SMART subscription you never wanted. No matter how many times you deny the subscription it will always bill you for it, MONTHLY. If you have every bought a game from this website, go to your bank statements and you will find a 5-6 dollar charge every month, I guarantee it. After “unsubscribing” they will continue to bill you until you find the hidden email that redirects you to another website where you can finally cancel it. If they say your subscription has been terminated, IT HAS NOT. You will receive another bill the next month.

Variety of stuff to buy, great prices and a lot of games to choose. I have bought good amount of things from there. Yeah, the taxes make the prices a bit more costly, but what we can do. I can recommend this site, it´s trustworthy and pretty safe.
My last purchase was the January. 2-nd, when i bought the first Borderlands GOTY game and i livestreamed on my social media channels. I give Gamivo a large slice of my digital gaming business. I'll even pay a little more sometimes because the company has earned my loyalty. I know that when I buy games from them they will arrive within 2-3 minutes.....tops, but usually within 45 seconds of the payment being processed, In the past if I buy a game for a different region by mistake, They will alert you of the activation region and platform before you can attempt to redeem the game. If something looks wrong, Gamivo offers you either a full refund to your original payment method which may take a day , however if u cant wait, they will credit your account so you can use it right away.
