I unchecked their box for their subscription called SMART. They still charged £2 for SMART in the invoice. I didn't read it as all order details and links were in the body of the email. A month later charged £4.37.
Update:
They refunded the £4.37 quite fast. I can see I am not alone in this experience and hope they fix it for other customers.
