I bought a key for beat saber around December last year and now I wanted to play it again and I see that I don't have the game anymore, I can't open it, It's not in my library, I have to pay for it again. I check my mail, and I see that I "requested a refund of the gift" feb 17 which I didn't. So the person who "gifted" me the game got the money back for it, and now I don't have the game anymore and have to pay for it again. Never using your services again.
